การตั้งค่าอีเมล Office 365 บน outlook

1.เข้าไปที่ Outlook
2.ไปที่ ไฟล์ เพื่อเพิ่มบัญชีผู้ใช้ใหม่

3. ทำการเลือก “Manually Configuring server setting or additional server types”

4.ทำการเลือก “POP or IMAP”

5.ทำการตั้งค่าต่างๆรายละเอียดดังนี้

Your Name: ใส่ชื่อผู้ใช้งาน (สามารถใส่ชื่ออะไรก็ได้)

Email Address ให้ใช้ค่า Email ที่สร้างไว้บน Office 365

Account Type ให้ทำการเลือก ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Pop หรือ IMAP

Incoming mail server ให้ใส่ค่า outlook.office365.com

Outgoing mail server ให้ใส่ค่า smtp.office365.com

Username ให้ใช้ค่า Email Account ที่สร้างจาก Office 365

Password ให้ใช้ค่ารหัสผ่าน ที่สร้างจาก Office 365

ทำการคลิ๊ก “More Settings ...”

6.เลือกที่หน้า Outgoing Server ให้ทำการเลือก "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." และเลือก "Use same settings as my incoming mail server”

7.เลือกที่เมนู “Advanced” และตั้งค่าดังนี้

Incoming server (IMAP): 993

use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS

Incoming server (POP): 995

use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server (SMTP): 587

use the following type of encrypted connection: STARTTLS

 

8.หลังจากตั้งค่าตาม (ข้อที่ 7) เรียบร้อย ให้กดที่ปุ่ม “OK” และโปรแกรมจะทำการทดสอบการตั้งบัญชีผู้ใช้ และเมื่อทดสอบเรียบร้อยให้กดที่ปุ่ม “ปิด”
